JUNG AND ATTENTIVENESS TO THE BODY

Fernando Cortese

Cost £110

Analysis is sometimes felt to neglect the body.  The subtle physical techniques of Calatonia have been used in Brazil for decades in conjunction with Jungian psychotherapy and Fernando Cortese is an experienced teacher of this method which is now beginning to be taught in the UK. This method was created by Hungarian medical doctor Petho Sándor after the second War in Europe to help war-wounded people, and developed later in Brazil. It is based on subtle touches and promotes an increase of body awareness and consciousness. Fernando Cortese, psychologist and professor, will have Ana Paula Figueiredo, occupational therapist and also teacher, as co–worker in this workshop, as they used to do in Brazil and other countries.

at The Essex Church 112 Palace Gardens Terrace, London W8 4RT

Advance booking with the Administrator necessary
